Brightline Names New Broadcast Lighting Specialist
Industry Veteran Kathryn Hatfield Joins Company to Develop Broadcast
Studio Lighting Sales Across the Country
Bridgeville, Penn. – January 3, 2023 – Brightline, a leading manufacturer of lighting systems, announced the appointment of industry veteran Kathryn Hatfield as Broadcast Lighting Specialist. In this position, Hatfield is responsible for sales efforts to broadcasters across the country.
Hatfield spent much of her career at Eclipse Lighting, a North Carolina-based lighting distributor, as Vice President of Sales. While at Eclipse, Hatfield sold lighting packages and served as lighting project manager for broadcast studio lighting systems. She also ran her own lighting consultancy, Stage and Studio Support, while simultaneously running three elder care homes for seniors with cognitive impairment.
“We’re thrilled to have someone with Kathryn’s background, lighting expertise and passion for this industry join Brightline,” said Kathy Katz, Brightline Co-Founder. “This year will be a busy one with several impending large-scale projects, new partnerships, PoE initiatives and new fixture designs on the horizon. Kathryn’s work ethic and encyclopedic lighting knowledge will be a huge advantage for Brightline as we move into 2023. We’re very happy to have her on our team.”
Hatfield looks forward to promoting the Brightline product line and joining such a well-known lighting brand. “I’m so proud of our line of LED broadcast studio fixtures, and it’s a pleasure to join a company with such an outstanding reputation for company service. This is an ideal role for me - representing a stellar product line for a renowned lighting manufacturer. As part of my new role, I’m able to reconnect with former customers and forge relationships with new clients.”
