DFL CEO Christian Seifert new Chairman of World Leagues Forum   DFL CEO Christian Seifert is the new Chairman of the World Leagues Forum (WLF). He was appointed today at the Annual Meeting of the WLF in Mexico City, with league representatives from 40 countries taking part.
