GRIDRASTER TO EXHIBIT AND DEMONSTRATE IS INDUSTRY-LEADING 3D AI ENTERPRISE-CLASS MIXED REALITY SOLUTIONS AT AWE 2023
Company’s unique 3DAI solutions capture complex, high-dimensional, and/or multimodal digital data from sensors and spatially register on a digital model of a physical asset
Mountain View, Calif. - (May 2023) - Grid Raster Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based Extended Reality (XR) platforms that power high-performance and scalable Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR)/Mixed Reality (MR) experiences for enterprises, announced today it will be showcasing and demonstrating its 3DAI mixed reality enterprise solutions at AWE USA 2023 in Santa Clara, Calif., from May 31 - June 2.
AWE is the center for everything Spatial Computing, including: Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), collectively referred to as Extended Reality (XR); as well as enabling technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), bio-interfaces, haptics, 5G, streaming and more.
GridRaster’s 3DAI platform enables enterprises and manufacturers to leverage spatially registered digital information to build digital twins and help humans interact with robotics and the manufacturing design and production processes. The company’s unique 3DAI solutions capture complex, high-dimensional, and/or multimodal digital data from sensors and spatially register this information on a digital model of a physical asset. It also allows users to view and interact with spatially registered, real-time, workpiece-specific digital information and adapt task guidance to the same.
GridRaster co-founder, Dijam Panigrahi, will be conducting a speaking session at AWE USA 2023 titled, "Transforming Industrial AR with Millimeter-Precision 3D AI: Impact on Automation, Robotics, and Digital Twin Use Cases". In this session, Panigrahi and Baskar Banerjee, co-founders of GridRaster, will explore the impact of precision 3D AI on industrial Augmented Reality (AR) applications. The discussion will center around the value AR solutions, characterized by high precision 3D scanning, object tracking and millimeter alignment, can bring to customers in aerospace, defense, and the wider industrial sphere.
GridRaster is helping enterprise-level users overcome technical challenges by leveraging unique 3D environments and AI technology into its immersive mixed reality design/build projects. Deep learning-based 3D AI from GridRaster allows users to identify 3D objects of arbitrary shape and size in various orientations with high accuracy in the 3D space. GridRaster’s approach is scalable with any arbitrary shape and is amenable to use in enterprise use cases requiring rendering overlay of complex 3D models and digital twins with their real-world counterparts.
“GridRaster’s approach to 3D object tracking allows users to truly fuse the real and virtual worlds in enterprise applications, opening many uses including but not limited to: training with work instructions, defect and error detection in construction and assembly, and 3D design and engineering with life size 3D rendering and overlay,” said Rishi Ranjan, CEO of GridRaster.
